Cleaning, Sanitizing & Deordorizing:

To include cleaning acoustical portions of ceiling tile with spraying applications of a water based, biodegradable, non-toxic product.
Through an oxidation process the molecules making up stains are broken down and dissipate in the form of an invisible, harmless vapor. Bacteria and microorganisms are substantially reduced.

In addition, all non-porous items are cleaned in detail including T-bars, HVAC vents and intakes, speaker covers, sprinkler rings, can lights, fluorescent light diffuser frames and exit signs. Cleaning of plastic fluorescent light diffusers is offered as an additional option.

All of our cleaning and sanitizing products are water based, biodegradable and non-toxic.

For servicing:
- Absorbent ceilings, we use our patented product that consists of a water-based grease cutting detergent that is activated with non-bleaching oxidizers.
- Non-absorbent ceilings (i.e. vinyl, marlite, metal pan) will be serviced using our patented "Tile Wash" product.
- Non-porous items will be cleaned in detail using our patented "Rail and Fixture Cleaner" product.
- Major touch ups requiring color blending, we use our "Resurfacing" product.
- Other specialty products which may be used as needed are: for use on heavy water stains; acoustical resurfacing touch up in a spay can; cleaner for use on light diffusers; cleaner for use on some can lights.

Tarping; removal of loose dirt; product application; detail cleaning; clean up:.

- Flooring will be covered with water resistant canvas/rubber tarps. Furnishings, large plants, equipment and/or merchandise will be covered with lightweight, water resistant paper/poly drop cloths.
- Loose dirt and dust will be removed through the use of vacuums, brooms and in some cases blowers.
- One of our water based, biodegradable, non-toxic products is applied from our small, quiet, low-pressure (25 PSI) sprayers. Through an oxidation process, the molecules making up the stains are broken down and dissipate in the form of an invisible, harmless vapor. Various microorganisms, including mildew, are removed. When spraying near the walls, an absorbent wall guard is used to prevent the product from over-spraying.
- All non-porous items flush with the ceiling are cleaned in detail including: T-bars, vents, light grids, can lights, speaker covers, sprinkler rings and exit signs.
- Areas that have been serviced are inspected and every effort is made to leave them as clean as we found them. Dusting and vacuuming will be provided as needed.

The United States Department of Agriculture has issued letters of opinion on our products stating that these products are chemically acceptable for use in official establishments operating under the Federal Meat and Poultry Products Inspection Program

Twin City Testing:
- Air sampling analysis measured active ingredient level in the air, after servicing in a 1,000 square foot non-vented room, and levels were within the OSHA standards for occupancy within one hour.
- Light reflectance measurements test measured the increase in light reflectance after a dirty tile has been serviced. On a lightness scale of zero for black and 100 for pure white, the dirty surface rated 50.2 and the cleaned surface rated 75.8.
